All custom orders are sent to the production department within 24 hours of the order confirmation. If you have any changes to the order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

You can make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of confirming it.

Due to the custom order being tailored to each customer’s design and logo, we do not accept returns or order cancellations once the item has been sent for production (after 24 hours of placing the order) unless the items do not match your order confirmation or the approved design.
